COHORTS & NETWORKS

NEP ALUMNI NETWORK
A new membership community for leaders and organizations that have built a foundation with NEP through an institute, coaching engagement, facilitated learning experience, or other partnership and want to stay connected to the practices, coaching, and relationships that sustain equity leadership over time. Founding members receive monthly Equity Leadership & Practice sessions, quarterly coaching with an NEP coach, a curated NEP resource library, and enrollment in the NEP Online course.

DISTRICT REDESIGN NETWORK
A two-year district leadership cohort (Fall 2026–Spring 2028) that builds collective capacity to transform student experience. Cross-functional district teams ground redesign in student and community experience and design and test changes to the systems that shape daily student life through structured convenings, coaching, and peer learning.

Facilitated learning communities that bring together staff from across programs, departments, or institutions committed to sustained equity learning and action. Members build shared language and analysis, apply an equity and systems-thinking lens to real challenges, and interrupt existing institutional dynamics together.

EQUITY FELLOWS COHORT
A cohort-based fellowship for individual leaders across organizations to build their equity leadership practice together over an extended period. Fellows receive structured peer learning, coaching, and network-building alongside leaders facing similar equity challenges in different contexts.
