About The Coaching for Equity Community of Practice

Join us for a follow-up session to deepen your understanding and practice about what it means to support the learning, growth, and development of another person toward equitable outcomes.

The Coaching for Equity Community of Practice will provide opportunities to:

  • Deepen your understanding of and practice with strategies and frameworks that support building the capacity of individuals to address equity challenges

  • Reflect on your work coaching context and learn from the work of other coaches

  • Make connections with new colleagues, and leave with a plan and approach for addressing some of the most pressing challenges in your work.

This session will be delivered in a live, 3-hour interactive learning session conducted online in Zoom. Attend the live session with facilitators and fellow participants and gain new knowledge and skills to bring back to your own context. Participants receive electronic versions of all resources and tools.

We are intensely focused on humanizing our virtual spaces. We focus on interactivity and connection (these workshops are not webinars), frequent screen and body breaks, and attending to learning, practice, and healing in community with people around the world.
